TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to all sales by Oy MaWe Trading Ab (“Mawe”) to business customers and to the use of mawetrading.com. We sell to businesses only. Other terms apply only if we have agreed to them in writing.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are in euros, exclude VAT and apply ex our warehouse in Närpiö, Finland, unless agreed otherwise. Transport costs are paid by the customer. VAT-free sales within the EU require a valid VAT number. Prices may change, and we are not bound by obvious errors.

2. Payment

Payment terms are stated on the order confirmation or invoice. Late payments accrue interest under the Finnish Interest Act. Goods remain Mawe’s property until paid in full.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier or the customer.

4. Defects

The customer must inspect the goods on arrival and report any defects or missing items to us in writing without delay. We will replace, credit or otherwise correct defective goods. Claims must be made within 12 months of delivery.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or mandatory product liability.

6. Resale

The customer is responsible for selling and marketing the products in line with the laws of their market, including product regulations and any age restrictions.

7. Website

The content of this website belongs to Mawe or the brand owners and may not be copied without permission. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Information on the site is general and may change without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are settled in the District Court of Ostrobothnia, Vaasa.
